This Machine is for the mounting of flexo printing plates on cylinder and sleeve of printing presses with gears or gearless.
Printing width: 1650 mm.
Cylinders with repeat range 240 mm to 1400mm.
Max. air mandrel weight 250 Kg.
Dividing unit with manual rotation of cylinder, for mounting more than one plate, even staggered, on the print repeat.
UNICA 333 allows mounting in register flexo plates carrying microdots or crosses.
Camera mounting system consisting of 2 cameras with x60 magnification and 2 black/white 14" monitors
The two cameras, each of them incorporating a small mirror segment, take at the same time the microdots/crosses from the plates and the references from the register units on the crossbar. The register units slide into a slot which ensures their perfect alignment; the combination with cameras (x60 magnification) guarantees the highest mounting accuracy.
Each camera is provided with two LED’s which feature an adjustable luminous intensity for a constant operation quality.
Each camera is also provided with a laser beam that pointing on the cylinder the interested area, makes its positioning easy. Moreover they can be moved any time without affecting the job result.To reach the mounting position, the cameras are moved manually and vertically through a hand wheel.
The machine is equipped with the accessories (collars, etc.) to keep the cylinder and the air mandrel which are of your supply.
